This small cellar, which looks out onto Montsant, has a capacity of 170 hl. It is situated 4 km from the vineyard on the ground floor of the old house of the Farré family in Torroja del Priorat. The premises have been renovated and the grapes of the Mas de Saura can be delivered there with absolute guarantee. The new facilities contain all that is needed to ensure that the wine is painstakingly produced. The stainless steel tanks are housed along with the horizontal press, the cooling system, the stemmer and the American and French oak barrels. The latest technology and traditional winemaking systems are thus linked to produce a wine of excellent quality.
